- Is your organisation finding it a challenge to engage workers back to the office?
- Are you struggling to process the scale of flexible work arrangements across your teams or business units?
- Have you assessed the effectiveness of your return to office plans? Or perhaps you’re yet to develop a plan?
For leaders, the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated unprecedented change. The workplace is more flexible and fluid than ever before as leaders next shift to the new way of working for 2021.
After the disruption last year, it's only just starting to feel “normal” again and already we can see the challenges of a hybrid working model beginning to emerge as we learn to live with another level of flex.
We are experiencing the complications of agile working combined with a mix of people in the office while others continue to work from home or in a hybrid context.
WiBF have collaborated with Changing Places Group to develop a program to address these concerns and develop new strategies for the evolving work environment. Over the 3-part session, we will cover how to reconnect employees who have been working remotely from one another for most - if not all - of the last year, realign strategic priorities around workplace strategy and culture and re-energise the team for the year ahead.
This session will provide in-depth guidance and advise about navigating your organisation into the new environment with the opportunity to ask specific questions pertinent to your situation.
Each participant will take away a return to work plan for the year tailored to their organisation or business unit to provide ongoing guidance and strategic direction.
PLUS we will be holding a follow on Mastermind session, providing the option for participants to engage further and share learnings from implementation.
Please prepare for the workshop by reviewing your current flexibility and return-to-office policies and plans, any staff feedback, and identifying the key pressure points for your business in the post-pandemic environment.
Overall this course is designed to equip leaders with a plan for how to manage teams in the new hybrid world.
