What makes a good leader in the current context of banking and finance? How do you build a culture of high performance? How do you deal with challenges and create pathways for success? And how do you make it to the top in your chosen field? .
We encourage all attendees to prepare for this event by bringing a curious mindset and being open to challenge on your own leadership pathway and what success looks like.
The goals of this Leadership Series lunch are to educate on career pathways for lawyers and advisers to the banking and finance sector; to learn about trends in sustainable financing and investment banking; and to explore global work experiences from an internationally acclaimed leader in her field of specialisation.
