Goals

The goal of the event is to bring together the Women in Banking and Finance community for an evoking conversation on the emerging trends in the banking & finance industry in a post-COVID world.

Skills/Knowledge

Attendees will learn how the industry is responding and changing towards inclusivity and diversity in a historically male field.

Has the role of trading changed since COVID in terms of work/life balance and the forced-technological advancements to make working from home possible?

What makes a good trader in the first place regardless of gender or orientation?

And how can organisations better support male counterparts in areas of inclusivity and diversity?
