Overview

We all want to be the best leaders we can be. But the notion of 'good' leadership is becoming more complex as stakeholder expectations increase, execution becomes more complex, teams become virtual, digital transformation becomes an imperative, and innovation is ever more critical to sustained success. So what does 'good' look like, and how does it shape the transition from management to leadership? Research says that a singular key competency of effective leadership is self-awareness. Having insights into your key abilities and strengths and learning to leverage these can have a powerful impact on the way you perform in your role, your leadership progression, and the impact you have on your team.

In this session, Sophie McCarthy, CEO of McCarthy Mentoring with chat to Tessa Sexton, Director, Coaching & Leadership Programs about clarifying leadership competencies.
