Francesca Rush
Secretary Francesca Rush, Clayton UTZ Fran is a finance lawyer, with 25 years' experience in property and commercial finance.

She has acted for lenders, borrowers and insolvency practitioners, and advised corporate, major banks, lessors and other financial services clients in relation to asset and project structuring, finance and lending related issues. She has also spent some time in house with an investment bank in the early part of her career and worked in the UK at the commencement of the GFC as UK counsel for a Clayton Utz client expanding their business into Europe.

Between 2014 and June 2016 Fran led the national Banking & Financial Services team at Clayton Utz. Fran stepped down from that role in July to focus on client work and building relationships with clients in our sector. She currently manages Clayton Utz relationships for 2 key clients, ANZ and AMP and as a result of these relationships and her own experience, has an appreciation of the opportunities for advancement of women in our industry.

Since 2014 Fran has also served on WiBF's Finance, Risk and Governance committee and supports WiBF's management and ExCo in its arrangements with its suppliers, risk management, governance and policy development.
